The feeling after my first Reiki session with Antonia I will never forget. I felt deeply nourished and so pure, in my essence, in my heart. Calm, connected with my intuition, free of fears and very grounded. My body felt light, free of any tension, when I was walking I could hardly feel any gravity in my body. From the first second on, I felt comfortable with Antonia. After many sessions I had with her, I can say that she has the most beautiful heart and that’s what make her Reiki sessions so extra special. Her choice of music as well as the set up of the space and the smells really resonated with me aesthetically and quality-wise. I arrived at my first Reiki session late and frustrated after a hectic, intense day at work. At first, I didn't really know what to expect..We started with a small chat and then Antonia asked me to lay down and just relax. The space was charged with her beautiful energy and a shamanic music started playing. Antonia guided me in a calm way with her soothing voice (I feel every single detail counts under this process). I immediately surrounded myself and all my unconditional resistance automatisms were released. 

I felt I was in a safe place and closed my eyes.  As she was 'scanning' my aura I started sensing a deep feeling of calmness, my brain stopped completely and it was like I was in a state of deep meditation. I snapped back to reality with a smooth scent of lavender and for the rest of the day and for the days following, I didn't feel any anxiety or stress. We had a very nice, honest talk afterwards which helped me understand myself on a deeper level and inspired me to make some potent changes in my life. Of course, I had to have another session a couple of weeks later. The experience of the second session was out of this world, I felt so amazingly soothed and nurtured. I honestly can't wait to have another Reiki session with Antonia, she definitely has a special gift and connects with people in such a pure and genuine way.
